All of our Lamb is sourced direct from Bryn Ddraenen farm, Padog, Betws-y-Coed and also from A.L and R. O. Jones butchers and are of Welsh cross breed.
All our Welsh Beef is from Conwy and Clwyd counties, Supplied by local butchers.
Fish are supplied by Mermaid Seafood and local fishermen from Conwy quay and Betws-y-Coed, Including from our own fishing boat.
Organic duck and eggs from tn organics, Penmachno. Venison from St Asaph estate and Pigeon, pheasant and rabbit all from the Conwy Valley.
