All of our Lamb is sourced direct from Bryn Ddraenen farm, Padog, Betws-y-Coed and also from Edwards of Conwy butchers and are of Welsh cross breed.
All our Welsh Beef is from Conwy and Clwyd counties, Supplied by Edwards of Conwy butchers.
Fish are supplied by Mermaid Seafood and local fishermen from Conwy quay and Betws-y-Coed.
Organic duck and eggs from tn organics, Penmachno. Venison from St Asaph estate and Pigeon, pheasant and rabbit all from the Conwy Valley.
