Family run, popular bistro with Seasonal, Welsh menus which include adaptions of traditional meals (some dating back to Medieval times) as well as their own modern dishes using suppliers of produce from the Conwy Valley.
Lamb, wild pigeon and free range eggs and duck from Penmachno, Pheasant from Tal-y-Cafn, Fresh fish from The Conwy estuary and local rivers,often caught by the Chefs themselves.

Award winning Chefs with Michellin restaurant experience (Marco Pierre White, Ramsay, Chris Chown) Chef brothers Paul and Chris Adams opened Bistro Betws-y-Coed with their wives Andrea and Shan in November 2006 after the success of their first restaurant, "Bistro Conwy" in the Castle town walls of Conwy. They now enjoy, sourcing their own food, catching fish from their own fishing boat and working with local farmers rearing Penmachno lamb to their own specifications.
